Project Manager (Welding & Food Processing Stainless Steel Industry)

Customer & Project Management

Act as the primary client liaison, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and on-site engagement.

Oversee stainless steel welding, pipe fitting, and metal fabrication projects, ensuring compliance with food-grade standards.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple locations, optimizing efficiency and quality control.

Provide expert guidance on welding techniques, stainless steel applications, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all welding and fabrication work meets food industry safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.

Conduct on-site inspections to enforce quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to prevent project delays or quality concerns.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and production, to streamline project execution.

Monitor customer metrics, generate performance reports, and provide actionable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
