Drive project success as a Planner at AtkinsRéalis, supporting engineering and construction with detailed scheduling and controls. This position emphasizes resource loading and variance analysis to optimize project delivery.
As a detail-oriented Planner, you will contribute to project scheduling and controls while closely collaborating with senior planners and project teams. With at least five years of relevant experience in engineering and construction, your role is critical in preparing, updating, and monitoring project schedules. You will also provide guidance to lower-level planners, ensuring effective reporting and communication of issues.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and update project schedules effectively • Load resource and budget schedules for project teams • Monitor work progress against set schedules • Report critical schedule issues to management • Conduct variance analysis and communicate findings
Requirements: • University degree in relevant field • Minimum 5 years of planning experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Primavera P6 • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
