Join a dynamic team as an Intermediate Scheduler, focusing on engineering and construction phases of capital projects. Contribute to schedule integrity and reporting based in Northern Ontario. Reporting to the Project Controls Manager, your role supports schedule development, maintenance, and updates across multiple teams.
You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring adherence to established standards while consolidating progress data to prepare insightful schedule reports. Your analytical skills will help identify potential risks and improve project execution. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain project schedules as per guidelines • Update activities and progress based on team inputs • Generate routine schedule reports for stakeholders • Facilitate communication between teams and contractors • Maintain historical archives and schedule files Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in a related field • Minimum 4 years of relevant project scheduling experience • Strong skills in Oracle Primavera P6 and Excel • Exposure to heavy industrial or infrastructure projects is a plus • Relevant scheduling certifications considered an asset Your scheduling skills will directly impact project success and team alignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
