Join as an Intermediate Scheduler and optimize project schedules in northern Ontario. Collaborate with diverse teams, ensuring accurate progress tracking through effective schedule maintenance. In this role, you will assist in the development and updating of project schedules while coordinating critical data inputs across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
Your contributions will include generating routine reports, maintaining data integrity, and identifying potential scheduling issues to support project timelines. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain project schedules within established frameworks • Update schedules based on input from various teams • Collect and validate progress data across disciplines • Generate routine schedule reports for management • Support coordination with contractors and stakeholders Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma required • 4–8 years of experience in project scheduling • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and Excel • Familiarity with project controls concepts is valuable • Relevant certifications such as PMP or AACE are preferred Leverage your scheduling skills to enhance efficiency and project success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
