We are looking for a Property Compliance Administrator to join our clients growing operations team. This role offers fantastic work-life balance, requiring just 1 compulsory office day per week in their Manchester hub. This is a fast-paced role perfectly suited to someone with experience in property administration, lettings, customer service, repairs coordination or operations support.ResponsibilitiesBooking compliance appointments and coordinating contractorsSupporting the delivery of Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and EPCsUpdating records and managing jobs across internal systemsLiaising with tenants to arrange access for works and inspectionsMonitoring job progress and supporting day-to-day operationsAbout YouStrong communication and organisational skillsComfortable managing a busy workloadGood administration and customer service experienceConfident using systems and Microsoft OfficeProperty or compliance experience would be beneficialSalary & Benefits£25,250 per annum25 days annual leave, increasing with serviceHybrid working with 4 days working from home1 compulsory office day per weekMonday to Friday, 9am - 5pmInterested?
