Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Williston Trinity Christian School is seeking a Pre-School—12 Principal to provide leadership for the dailyacademic program and across our one-campus school.

The PS–12 Principal leads the day-to-day execution of our academic program by supporting anddeveloping teachers, ensuring strong instructional practices grades PS - 12. This role is alsoresponsible for fostering a consistent and Christ-centered student experience within ourelementary, MS and HS programs.
This role works closely with the Head of School, who provides overall vision and direction, while the principal ensures that vision is carried out through daily leadership, staff support, and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support instructional staff through coaching, evaluation, and professional developmentEnsure consistent and effective implementation of curriculum and instructional practicesOversee student culture and behavior systems within the schoolManage daily school operations, staffing, and scheduling needs, including teacher evaluations and observationsFacilitate collaboration among teachers and departmentsPromote biblical integrationGuide staff and students toward personal spiritual formationMaintain awareness of and timely submission of required reporting ND Education DepartmentContribute to developing servant leadership opportunities and engagement for studentsPartner closely with the Head of SchoolKey CharactisticsA strategic thinking leader with a strong daily presenceStrong ability to develop and support teachersClear communicator who brings consistency and alignmentA servant leader who is willing to step in and support wherever neededA deep commitment to Christian education and discipleshipRequirements:Master's degree (or higher) in Educational Administration (or comparable education degree)Possess (or be able to obtain) ND administrator licensure
