Experience: 8-10 Years

Location: Pan India

Must-have: Hands-on experience with PTC Codebeamer / Codebeamer implementation and configuration.

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced ALM Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PTC Codebeamer to support requirements, test, risk, and change management for our digital engineering programs.

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Configure and implement PTC Codebeamer for Requirements, Test, Risk, and Change Management
\n
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ALM solutions
\n
• Set up workflows, trackers, templates, dashboards, reports, and user roles in Codebeamer
\n
• Design and implement integrations between Codebeamer and tools like Windchill, Jira, Git, and Jenkins
\n
• Support Codebeamer upgrades, migrations, customizations, and user administration
\n
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability aligned with ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304
\n
• Work with cross-functional teams and provide user training and documentation
\n

Required Skills:

\n
• 8-10 years in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) / Digital Engineering
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with PTC Codebeamer configuration and administration
\n
• Experience integrating ALM with PLM/DevOps tools (Windchill, Jira, Git, Jenkins)
\n
• Exposure to compliance standards: ASPICE, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304
\n
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
