Key Responsibilities: • Deliver public health nursing for individuals and groups • Conduct assessments and provide community health education • Maintain comprehensive records and document services • Collaborate with health agencies on program delivery • Advise on policy development following best practices

Requirements: • Degree in Nursing and registered as an RN in Ontario • Extensive experience in outbreak management and health education • Familiarity with health databases and documentation procedures • Vehicle access for efficient transportation across sites • Excellent communication and public relations abilities
