Your key responsibilities:
Provide leadership in developing and championing the QA COE automation objectivesLead strategy, planning and execution of automated testing initiativesDevelop robust, resilient test automation using Tricentis Tosca using key features including Requirement Mapping, Test Case Design, Test Case, Test Execution, Modules, TDM, and API.Key focus on development of test automation for SAP business scenariosProvide continuous improvement of test automation framework, standards, & proceduresInnovate test automation solutions for improved performance, resilience, and capabilitiesIdentify opportunities for expansion of test automation into new or established domainsProvide technical guidance and education to delivery teams and stakeholders to build competency in automationMaintain up to date knowledge of a broad range of emerging test automation technologies & techniquesManage knowledge base for technical and process documentation of configuration and utilization of QA tools Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferability in a technology fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in test automation, focused in Tricentis ToscaMinimum 3 years in a leadership roleDesired to have Skills:
Strong ability to architect, develop, and execute test automation using Tricentis ToscaStrong ability to automate test scenarios for SAP in Fiori, SAP GUI, and SAP APIStrong ability to lead a test automation team and manage project engagements and deliverablesProficient in automating test scenarios in various enterprise software across business domains (HR, Data Management, Finance, CRM, Sourcing, Purchasing, Operational Planning)Ability to effectively use industry standard test management tools such as OpenText ALM Quality Center, Tricentis qTest, and SAP Solution ManagerPreferred knowledge of open source and alternative test automation toolsGeneral knowledge of testing methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and iterative SDLCsGeneral knowledge of all phases of QA testing and documentationStrong interpersonal and communication skills working in a team settingAbility to work effectively in a multi-vendor IT outsourced environmentAbility to work with minimal supervision
