Tyrone and they have an opportunity for a full-time, permanent SHEQ Advisor to join its successful team. The role will involve working across a variety of projects throughout IrelandMain DutiesEnsure all Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality policies, procedures, rules, and regulations are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicatedConduct safety audits, inspections, and investigations; compile reports and ensure compliance is consistently maintainedEnsure the completion and regular review of Method Statements and Risk AssessmentsEnsure all accidents and near misses are documented, investigated, and that recommended improvements are implementedEnsure that employees, contractors, and site visitors receive site inductionsPlan and coordinate SHEQ-related training for employeesMaintain and update all relevant SHEQ department administrationAssist in developing documentation for the SHEQ Management System to ensure compliance with:Qualifications, Knowledge & ExperienceMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Health & Safety (experience in Rail or Windfarm projects is beneficial but not essential)NEBOSH (or equivalent) qualification - held for a minimum of 2 yearsEnvironmental and/or Quality qualification is advantageousExperience and understanding of implementing ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001Excellent communication and team-building skillsStrong organisational and planning abilitiesEffective problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approachGood IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office packagesAdditional RequirementsWillingness to travel and work away from home on a project-by-project basis across Northern Ireland and the Republic of IrelandMust have the right to work in both the UK and Republic of IrelandFull, valid driving licencePlease submit an up-to-date CV today via the "Apply" link, or you can call the Branch and speak to Donna
