Quality Analyst – Aerospace Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Prepare and review First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9102 requirements.

Balloon engineering drawings and ensure full traceability of inspection characteristics.

Develop and maintain inspection plans and quality documentation.

Verify material certifications, special process certifications, and supporting documentation.

Maintain document control, revision management, and quality records.

Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve quality issues.

Support internal, customer, and third-party audits.

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing quality, document control, or a related field.

Direct experience preparing AS9102 FAIR packages is required.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T .

Experience working within an AS9100 quality environment preferred.

Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift

Requirement: Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Person status required). Visa sponsorship is not available.
