About the Role
We’re building a quality program that helps agents and managers improve performance, deliver better customer experiences, and ensure accurate, compliant insurance business.
As our Quality Lead, you’ll turn AI-powered QA insights into actionable coaching, training, and process improvements. You’ll identify trends and risks across Sales and Service, drive measurable improvements, and help scale our quality program alongside our growing Sales organization.
You’ll report to the Director of Quality & Compliance and partner closely with Sales, Service, Training, Operations, Product, and Technology.
What You\'ll Own
1. Turn quality data into action
Analyze AI-powered Sales and Service interactions to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
Translate findings into clear recommendations and improve quality reporting and scorecards.
2. Drive quality improvements
Reduce application errors and improve data accuracy across insurance systems.
Identify and address rating integrity issues and partner with leaders on measurable improvement plans.
3. Enable agents and managers
Provide managers with insights, tools, and coaching resources to improve quality.
Build understanding, accountability, and adoption of quality standards across frontline teams.
4. Improve Sales & Service effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve compliant selling, application accuracy, service quality, and customer experience.
Turn quality insights into improvements across training, workflows, tools, and processes.
About You
2+ years of experience in QA, sales enablement, compliance, training, or related roles, with hands-on P&C insurance experience
Strong understanding of application accuracy, underwriting, and quality standards, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Proven coaching, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
Familiarity with AI-powered QA tools and the importance of human judgment in quality decisions
