Job Description About the Role The QA Role Tech role at the Northlake, TX location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

Perform audits and tests from raw material entry through finished product to ensure product wholesomeness.

Provide technical support with an emphasis on consumer requirements, quality, and productivity.

Monitor processing, consistency, and packaging integrity by conducting analytical testing, sensory evaluation, product/ingredient sampling, and documentation verifications for quality assurance and measurement analysis.

Take action on any quality nonconformance and record all results in the Quality Computer System.

Maintain laboratory inventory and ensure all measurement analysis equipment is functional and calibrated on a routine basis.

Important Details This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm Monday–Friday. Pay is $22.71–$23.79/hour, plus a $1.00 night-shift differential.

About You You’ll fit right in if you have:

Demonstrated experience following instructions and process documents, with effective verbal and written communication.

Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing is a plus.

The ability to work overtime and weekends.
