Quality Control Technician
Adecco is currently assisting a valued client in the steel industry in recruiting for a Quality Control Technician position. Job SummaryThe Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring products meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate is observant, organized, and proactive in identifying potential issues before they impact operations.
ResponsibilitiesPerform quality inspections on steel products and materials.
Maintain accurate and organized quality control documentation and paperwork.
Identify quality concerns and communicate findings promptly.
Climb on and off semi-trucks regularly to inspect incoming and outgoing loads.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
Follow established processes and work instructions.
Work independently while managing multiple tasks effectively.
Support warehouse and production teams in maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
Ability to regularly climb on and off semi-trucks.
Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Ability to follow directions and work with limited supervision.
Self-motivated with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable, accountable, and committed to quality work.
Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred but not required.
Quality control or inspection experience.
Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, or steel industry environment.
Strong communication and documentation skills.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
