Quality Engineer

Job descriptionQA QC Engineer •Implement QA/QC Procedure & Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for the projects.• Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved Quality Control Plans, Drawing, Construction Scope of work & Specifications.• Inspect field sites to observe and evaluate the facilities and structure and to collect field surveys data and measurements.• It is prime duty to hold any activities not complying with the approved standard & specification.• Reporting any kind of non-conformities (NCR) to the AVP-QC & Audit and Project Manager.• Keeping quality records, conducting internal & external quality audits and monitoring QC document control.• Maintains Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)/ITP as per BIS for civil activities.• Inspection of site activities such as Slab/Raft casting, slipform Installation, Bar bending & formwork as per approved drawing.• To conduct inspection of construction materials, bought out items and review of MTC and specification requirement.• Coordinate for collection of material sampling, organizing for testing of materials and submitting material test reports to the concerned stakeholders.• Conduct and coordinate all inspection activities like civil & structural tests, inspections such as soil compaction, moisture content, gradation, concrete slump, concrete compression, survey lines and grades etc.
