• Quality Assurance & ValidationPerform physical verification tests on materials and finished packaging per Primus requirementsReview, validate, and approve factory-issued or third-party test reportsEnsure test methods, frequencies, and results are fully compliant with Primus standardsFlag gaps, inconsistencies, or risks and drive corrective alignment before production release
• Manufacturing & Output MonitoringMonitor daily and weekly manufacturing output vs. committed production planTrack:Line outputYieldBottlenecksRisk to shipment milestonesIdentify execution gaps between planned vs. actual production, including early detection of schedule slippageWork with factory teams to recover output, stabilize flow, and protect delivery commitments

Mandatory RequirementsProven hands-on experience in paper packaging for consumer electronics, preferably TT boxesStrong background in factory-facing quality execution and manufacturing monitoringAbility to independently represent the program inside the factory environment
