Role Overview:The Quotation Specialist I supports the Sales and Sales Engineering teams by preparing accurate and timely quotations for standard and low-complexity opportunities. This role focuses on pricing execution, vendor coordination, and quote documentation while developing foundational technical and commercial skills.

Career Progression:Prepares the individual for progression into Quotation Specialist II.
CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $70,304 - $85,000 per year.

This role focuses on pricing execution, vendor coordination, and quote documentation while developing foundational technical and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes for standard and low-complexity opportunities using established pricing tools and templates
- Review RFQs, specifications, and BOMs for completeness and accuracy
- Issue RFQs to vendors and compile pricing, lead time, and availability inputs
- Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to support quote development
- Maintain accurate quote documentation, pricing records, and revision history
- Support Sales Engineers with complete, well-organized quote packages
- Escalate pricing or scope questions outside defined guidelines for review
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in quoting, estimating, sales operations, or manufacturing support roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort working in ERP, CPQ, or CRM systems
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred: Manufacturing, industrial, or engineering-related background (not required)
