Radiologist

We are seeking a Board Certified Radiologist for a locum tenens position in Columbia, South Carolina. This role offers a high clinical focus, with approximately 95% of time dedicated to direct patient care. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both general diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology procedures, working in a collaborative and well-supported clinical environment.

Practice Info High clinical focus with 95% direct patient care Broad case mix across diagnostic and interventional radiology Opportunity to work in a collaborative and well-supported clinical environment Responsibilities Deliver high-quality diagnostic and interventional radiology services across multiple imaging modalities Interpret and perform imaging studies, including Diagnostic Radiology, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures Provide timely and accurate image interpretations to support patient diagnosis and treatment Collaborate with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of all procedures and interpretations Adhere to established clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Compensation Competitive hourly rate of $225 Requirements Board Certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology South Carolina medical license preferred Demonstrated proficiency in both diagnostic and interventional radiology Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills
