Real Estate Analyst

The Role:

• Junior Investment Manager supporting portfolio performance monitoring, reporting and asset-level initiatives
• Exposure across asset management, investor reporting, performance analysis and governance
• Work closely with Asset Management, Finance, Leasing, Operations and Property Management teams

The Person:

• Part-qualified or recently qualified accountant, finance or real estate professional
• Strong Excel skills, comfortable working with financial and operational data
• Analytical, commercially aware and confident communicator; real estate/PRS exposure a plus but not essential
