Our team operates at a high level with a strong operational backbone, lead flow, systems, marketing support, coaching, and leadership already in place. Your job is to step into production, serve clients at a high level, execute consistently, and help drive results.
This is a partnership-style role designed for agents who want leverage, support, and growth without sacrificing standards or professionalism.Compensation:$60,000 to $100,000
Responsibilities:As a Production Partner, you will work directly within the team environment to help convert opportunities into closed transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Core ResponsibilitiesFollow up with inbound leads quickly and consistentlyConduct buyer and seller consultationsShow homes and attend listing appointmentsWrite and negotiate contractsManage transactions from contract to close alongside operations supportHost open houses and prospect for new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate CRM and database communicationBuild and nurture relationships within your pipelineParticipate in team training, accountability meetings, and coaching sessionsDeliver high-level communication and client service throughout the transaction processWork collaboratively with leadership, operations, and marketing support staff
