Location: Balewadi, Pune, Maharashtra Company: Square Yards Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: 3.5 LPA - 5.5 LPA Fixed + Uncapped Incentives
About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and target-driven sales professionals to join our Real Estate Sales team. The role involves handling company-provided leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, and closing sales.
Work Schedule Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PMWednesday to Friday (Office Days) Balewadi OfficeCalling and qualifying leadsCRM updates and follow-upsScheduling site visitsSaturday & Sunday (Site Visit Days) Project SitesConduct property toursMeet clients face-to-faceNegotiate and close deals
Monday & Tuesday Fixed Weekly Off
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and convert company-generated leadsUnderstand customer budgets and property requirementsMaintain CRM and sales records accuratelyConduct regular follow-ups with prospectsArrange and manage property site visitsExplain project features, pricing, and investment benefitsAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsBuild strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria ️ Graduate (Mandatory) ️ 6 Months to 6 Years of Sales Experience ️ Strong English and Hindi communication skills ️ Comfortable with field sales and weekend site visits ️ Ability to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines effectively
