Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson at VRUX REALTY is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The role involves actively prospecting and engaging potential clients, conducting property tours of office spaces and other commercial properties, and presenting features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and professional manner. The salesperson will manage the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to closing agreements, including preparing documentation, coordinating with legal and finance teams, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to client queries, providing high-quality customer service, tracking market trends, attending site meetings, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The role also requires participation in marketing activities, such as events, campaigns, and networking initiatives, to build a strong pipeline of corporate and commercial clients. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts, with the ability to explain commercial offerings clearly to clients.Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements.Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, objection handling, and closing, with experience meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.Effective verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation abilities.Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple leads, and maintain organized records and documentation.Experience in commercial or corporate real estate is preferred; familiarity with business districts and office space leasing is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.Comfort with using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.
