Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReconciliation ClerkFLSA: Hourly Part-TimeReports To: Operations ManagerPosition Description:The Reconciliation Clerk must reconcile the drivers' invoices at the end of the day to ensure that the customers are getting the products that have been ordered and the money received matches the invoices.Hours: Hours may vary to include staying later, especially during the busy season.Responsibilities:Verifying all drivers paperwork is what is in our system and make any adjustmentsEnsuring all drivers are following company policy and procedures for reconVerifying the load sheets are being checked in by the warehouse and making any adjustmentsEnsuring all checks that have been received are deposited and match with cashier sheetVerify certain accounts’ DSDs quantity matches the invoicesClose out End of Day Report by doing Register (directly reporting to managers vital information) (cashier sheet with figures that have been deposited, price discrepancies, voids, driver check in times and the drivers error sheets)All other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School DiplomaStrong attention to detail- checking for mistakes on a daily basisExceptional organizational and time management skillsAbility to interact with various employees in a professional mannerAdvanced computer skills, including Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEqual Employment Opportunity Policy: Gulf Distributing Holdings, LLC is committed to offering equal employment opportunity without regard to age, color, disability, gender, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, military status, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
