Recruiter Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels Partner with business development managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals Recruiter Requirements: 2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of accounting
