Recruitment Consultant / Associate

This role handles end-to-end of the recruitment search process, including direct candidate and client interactions. It requires someone who is resourceful and enjoys getting to know people. Perform market intelligence research on talent and industry landscape and trends, participate in talent mapping projectsPerform candidate generation by means of internet research and usage of social media toolsWalk candidates through the recruitment process, including managing candidates' expectationsConduct regular search status reviews with clientsIndustry focus: Industrial, Semiconductor, Technology Requirements3 to 5 years of professional work experience. Fresh graduates with prior professional internship experiences may be considered2 to 3 year's prior expectation in a headhunting / search firmStrong communication skills, highly proficient in written and spoken English and ChineseGood interpersonal skillsCreative and resourceful, internet-savvyHas an eye for detailBachelor's degree in Science or Engineering is a plus
