InterEx Group is continuing its expansion in Miami and we are hiring Spanish speaking Contract Recruitment Consultants to join our fast-moving sales team in Edgewater.

What You Will Be Doing

• Generating new business through outbound sales activity, networking, and market knowledge
• Managing and developing client relationships across Spanish speaking regions
• Identifying, screening, and placing contract professionals across tech markets such as ERP, CRM, and Data
• Driving revenue, building your desk, and contributing to a high-performing team culture

What We Are Looking For

• Previous recruitment experience preferred, ideally with a billing track record
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and revenue targets
• Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset
• Motivated, resilient, and eager to progress
