Recruitment DeliveryManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placementCoordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations between clients and candidatesEnsure a high level of service delivery and successful placement outcomes3. Market ExpertiseDevelop deep knowledge within assigned industry or functionStay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and talent movementPosition yourself as a subject matter expert in your niche Requirements1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work in a target-driven environmentHigh level of resilience, drive, and accountability
