This role focuses on managing end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions across assigned industries. Key Responsibilities1. Candidate ManagementSource, screen, and qualify candidates through various channels (database, referrals, headhunting, job portals)Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitabilityManage candidate expectations and provide career advisory supportMaintain strong candidate relationships for long-term pipeline building2. Recruitment DeliveryManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placementCoordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations between clients and candidatesEnsure a high level of service delivery and successful placement outcomes3. Market ExpertiseDevelop deep knowledge within assigned industry or functionStay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and talent movementPosition yourself as a subject matter expert in your niche Requirements1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or client-facing rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to work in a target-driven environmentHigh level of resilience, drive, and accountability
