We’re seeking a highly organized and analytical Regional Parts Inventory Manager to support our Area Parts Managers by managing inventory across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data, enjoys optimizing processes, and has strong experience in inventory management.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize inventory levels for truck and trailer parts across multiple locationsAnalyze inventory data and generate reports to improve stock accuracy and turnoverOversee stock ordering, core management, cycle counts, and annual inventory processesMinimize obsolete inventory and maximize vendor/OEM return opportunitiesMaintain inventory systems and implement process improvementsTrain staff on inventory tools, including barcoding and scanning systemsSupport service teams by ensuring availability of critical partsTravel regularly to locations to support inventory operations (~65% travel)
Qualifications:Proven inventory management experience (required)Strong data analysis skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExperience in warehouse operations (receiving, storage, distribution)Ability to work independently and manage multiple locationsAbility to lift up to 75 lbs
