Hiring: Regional Manager – Business Development & Service Delivery

Location: North Delhi (Delhi, Punjab, UP, Haryana, Rajasthan)/Hyderabad (Telangana and AP)/Mumbai (Maharashtra)

We are looking for around 5-8 years of experienced and dynamic Regional Manager – Business Development & Service Delivery to lead operations, strengthen our appraiser network, and ensure exceptional service delivery across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational delivery of gold appraisal and audit services across the region.
\n
• Recruit, build, and manage a strong network of full-time, re-appraisers, and on-call gold appraisers.
\n
• Plan, organize, and oversee skill tests for eligible appraiser candidates.
\n
• Ensure timely deployment of appraisers based on client requirements and business demand.
\n
• Drive standardized, compliant, and process-oriented appraisal operations.
\n
• Monitor service quality, turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and operational KPIs.
\n
• Collaborate closely with Territory Managers (Business Development & Service Delivery) to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
\n
• Ensure adherence to client SLAs, internal SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence, process improvements, and cost optimization.
\n
• Manage client relationships, service reviews, and escalations.
\n
• Support business expansion into new geographies and client accounts.
\n
• Prepare and present accurate MIS reports and operational dashboards.
\n

Preferred Qualifications

\n
• Proven experience in operations, service delivery, recruitment, or field operations management.
\n
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
\n
• Experience in banking, financial services, gold loan, valuation, or related industries is preferred.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
\n
• Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
\n
