Role Description
The Regional Sales Director is a full‑time, on‑site role based in El Paso, TX, responsible for driving growth and managing sales activities across the assigned territory in all Texas. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading and coaching the regional sales team, developing and executing territory sales strategies, and building strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospital systems, and imaging centers. The role involves overseeing sales operations, forecasting and pipeline management, and ensuring consistent customer service standards.
The Regional Sales Director will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business development initiatives, negotiate contracts, and monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. This role requires regular in‑person meetings, site visits, and participation in regional events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Business Development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship management with healthcare clients or similar complex accounts.
- Demonstrated Team Management abilities, including coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Experience in healthcare, radiology, medical devices, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on‑site in El Paso, TX, with regular travel within the region as needed.
