Regional Sales Manager (Hiring Immediately)

Sales professional with deep experience in pharmaceutical single-dose packaging. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge of packaging processes with proven success in sales, business development, and client relationship management across hospitals, CMOs, CDMOs, and healthcare systems.

Qualifications

5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, with direct experience in liquid unit dose and single-dose packaging

Successful track record in developing new divisions and launching products in the packaging and contract manufacturing space

Expertise in building strategic partnerships with hospitals, CMOs, CDMOs, GPOs, and wholesalers

Strong knowledge of private-label programs and contract manufacturing sales

Skilled at presenting complex solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers

Familiarity with cGMP compliance, DSCSA accountability, and regulatory requirements in packaging

Private-label and contract manufacturing programs

Strategic account management & retention

Deep knowledge of single-dose packaging (machines, materials, hospital/CMO applications)

Entrepreneurial and able to build a business from the ground up

Polished communicator, effective with C-suite and technical buyers

Results driven with a proven record of revenue growth

Strong industry network within pharmaceutical packaging and sales
