Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Providing Direct Treatment to children and families
• Collecting and inputting behavioral data
• Program implementation for Behavior Plans
• Behavior Plan Development and Revision as needed
• Collaborative treatment as needed with supervisors
• Comply with RBT Supervision Standards
• Comply with schedule to maintain company standard

Qualifications

• Active RBT Credential by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Part-time status within the agency requires at least 15 billable hours per week
• Full-time status within the agency requires at least 32 billable hours per week
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• RBT Certification (Required)

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage based on experience and credentials
• Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• RBT wages starting at $21/hr to $25/hr
