Location: Toms River, NJ (In-Person)

Pay: $28 - $34 per hour

Allcare Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our school-based team in Toms River, NJ for the 2026/2027 school year. In this role, you will support students with autism and related needs by implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and collaborating closely with teachers, therapists, and a supervising BCBA.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support in classroom and school environments
• Collect accurate behavioral and skill‑acquisition data
• Support communication, social skills, and academic engagement
• Assist with crisis‑prevention strategies and follow safety protocols
• Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, OTs, PTs, and ABA professionals
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification preferred (willing to provide opportunity for RBT cert. if you do not hold one already)
• Experience working with children or students with disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to follow behavior plans with fidelity
• Must pass background check and meet school district onboarding requirements
