Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Part‑time Registered Nurses to join our teams at our aged care home in Felixstow (part‑time PM and night shifts available). In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high‑quality nursing care, support residents' well‑being, and contribute to a positive living environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their individual needs are met with dignity and respect.
- Collaborate effectively with care staff, allied health professionals, and families to develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, responding promptly to any changes or concerns.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA.
- Current National Criminal History Checks or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and all levels of staff.
- Experience in a residential aged care setting is a must.
Please note that confirmed rosters are fixed for the initial six‑month period. Employees may, however, have the opportunity to take on additional shifts where available.
