We are actively seeking NCLEX-certified Canadian RNs and USRNs for specialized Progressive Care (PCU)/Stepdown roles. We offer manageable nurse-to-patient ratios, a modern clinical environment, and full immigration support (TN and EB-3) for our international colleagues relocating from Canada.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a Canadian Citizen (required for TN Visa eligibility). Licensure: Active RN License or successful completion of the NCLEX-RN . Experience: Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience in Canada or home country.
Note: We highly value international experience from the Philippines, India, or other home countries; specific North American work experience is not required. Certifications: BLS and ACLS required (candidates may apply for these after a job offer is extended). Responsibilities Acute Care Monitoring: Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle physiological changes in high-acuity patients.
Pharmacology: Administer high-risk medications and titrate IV drips (e.g., Insulin, Heparin, Cardizem) based on patient vitals. Technological Proficiency: Operate and troubleshoot complex equipment, including telemetry monitors, ventilators, and infusion pumps. Clinical Collaboration: Act as the "hub" of the interdisciplinary team, coordinating with physicians and therapists to ensure seamless patient recovery.
Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records using Epic EMR . Contract & Visa Support Initial Term: 1-year (52-week) commitment. Visa Path: Full assistance with TN Visa entry and licensure endorsement.
Permanent Residency: Eligible for EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for those seeking a long-term career in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $40.00 – $50.00 USD (Guaranteed weekly minimum). Ratios: Competitive 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in the PCU.
