Mental Health Registered Nurse – Contract | Northern NSW | June Start

Are you a Mental Health RN looking for your next rewarding contract opportunity? We’re currently seeking experienced nurses to join inpatient mental health units across Northern NSW, with roles available at Lismore Base Hospital and Tweed Valley Hospital.

This is a great opportunity to step into a supportive team environment while gaining valuable experience in adult acute mental health settings.

About the role:
You will be working within adult inpatient mental health units, providing high-quality, person-centred care to patients experiencing acute mental health presentations. You’ll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team in a supportive hospital environment.
What we’re looking for:

• Registered Nurse with experience in mental health (inpatient experience highly regarded)
• Current AHPRA registration
• NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Check
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach
