INTONE HEALTH SERVICES INC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing healthcare team in Coppell, TX. Responsibilities: 

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation and medical records

Requirements:
 

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN) from an accredited program
• Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior clinical nursing experience preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply
