Registered Nurse - Mental Health - Tegid Ward - INTERNAL

Job Overview The role of nurse at Band 5 is to assist the Ward Manager in delivering the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring the ethos of the service is conducive to patient care. The post‑holder will take charge of clinical and nursing management of the ward in the absence of more senior staff, cover for the Ward Manager on an occasional basis, and foster harmonious working relationships within the multidisciplinary team. The post‑holder will also supervise junior staff and be able to teach qualified and unqualified staff.

Speaking Welsh is desirable. Fixed‑term secondment – 3 months until 17 July 2026. Qualifications and Experience Essential Criteria – Meets all essential criteria as per attached job description/person specification.
