12700 Southfork Road, Suite 153 St. Louis, MO 63128Schedule: PRN (as-needed coverage; day shift clinic hours) What You'll Do As a PRN RN in our Spine & Pain Management clinic, you'll provide flexible, as-needed support to help care for patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Your role is essential in maintaining clinic flow and delivering high-quality care during peak times and staff coverage needs.Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while involving patients and families in treatment decisionsPerform focused assessments, triage symptoms, and support ongoing evaluation of spine and pain-related conditionsAssist with clinic operations, including patient preparation, admissions, discharges, and post-procedure careCollaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team to support treatment plans (including injections and interventional procedures)Communicate changes in patient condition promptly and follow appropriate escalation pathwaysProvide clear patient education on medications, procedures, recovery expectations, and pain management strategiesAccurately document care, interventions, and education in the electronic medical recordSupport efficient clinic flow by prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing needs Why Join Mercy Spine & Pain Management?
