Are you a compassionate and forward-thinking Registered Nurse with a passion for dementia care excellence? Join our dedicated team at The Village - Drummoyne where you’ll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care to our residents — including comprehensive assessments and specialised nursing support. You’ll also play a key leadership role, guiding our care and wellbeing teams and taking charge after hours when needed.
We’re currently seeking Registered Nurses to support our team on a casual basis.
Availability across weekday AM, PM and Night shifts is essential.
The successful applicant will have:
- A registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse Div 1 with a current practice certificate
- A passion for person-centred care delivery and dementia care excellence
- An ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated skills in documentation, care planning and assessment
- A good understanding of AN-ACC and the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Experience in leading people or supporting care teams
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices
- Intermediate computer literacy, including applications in aged care and/or health services.
