An excellent opportunity is available for a well-experienced Scrub Scout Nurse to join the perioperative team located in Sunshine Coast QLD . This permanent part-time position offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a skilled and supportive operating theatre environment.

This role is ideal for a theatre nurse seeking stable part-time hours while remaining part of a collaborative and professional surgical team.

Position Overview
Unit: Perioperative Services
Employment Type: Permanent, Part-Time (64 hours per fortnight)

Key Responsibilities
Provide competent Scrub/Scout nursing care across allocated theatre lists
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary surgical team
Undertake duties as directed by the CNM and CEO/DON
Maintain compliance with NSQHS Standards, Infection Control, Emergency Management and OH&S requirements
Contribute to a safe, efficient, and patient-focused theatre environment

Essential Selection Criteria
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of one year Scrub Scout experience
Demonstrated knowledge of NSQHS Standards
Evidence of required immunisations/vaccinations prior to commencement
Full Australian working rights
