Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor

Ontario Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to lead clinical operations Friday–Sunday in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The RN Weekend Supervisor oversees resident care, mentors staff, and ensures adherence to care plans, policies, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include coordinating nursing assignments, monitoring clinical status, responding to emergencies, facilitating admissions, and communicating with families and providers.
