As a Registered Nurse with Juniper, you will be responsible for assessing residents' needs in conjunction with other healthcare professionals, and for the planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care plans.

Demonstrated experience in the mentoring and supervision of care staff and awareness of AN-ACC required assessments is needed.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual passionate about this vocation to join the team. The ideal candidate should be available to work unplanned leave.

This is a Full-time Fixed Term contract working 75 hours a fortnight until September ****.

Roster for this role is below:

• Week1 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
• Week2 – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

Key Responsibilities

• Strong clinical assessment skills and appropriate response to changes in customer condition in consultation with the broader healthcare team
• Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care in partnership with customers and their loved ones
• Liaise with appropriate healthcare professionals to deliver quality care to customers
• Ensure full compliance with organizational, professional and aged care standards

Key Requirements

• AHPRA Registration
• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in an aged care setting
• Solid planning and coordination skills in care delivery
• Ability to guide staff in wound and diabetes care
• Sound understanding of medication systems
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
