We have excellent openings for Relationship Manager-sales role in Housing Finance team.
About the RoleManage sales and distribution through the cross channel, DSAs and open market channels for Housing Finance department.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure unilateral growth by adding new DSAsManage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased ProductivityMarketing and encashing catchment areasMeeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Home LoanEnsure additional revenue generation through cross - sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAsLiasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & OperationsResponsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
Qualification and Experience required :Graduate/ Post Graduate professionals with good communication skillsRelevant Home Loan/Mortgage/ LAP sales of at least 4 to 8 yearsLocal candidates with relevant BFSI industry experience would be preferred
Grade Offered: Deputy Manager and Manager.
