Wise Owl Animal Hospital is located on the beautiful, tropicalisland of Guam and we're currently seekinglicensed veterinarians tohelp our amazing staff on a relief basis! You are an ideal candidate if you are a skilled communicator, enjoyengaging with clients and peers to provide the best care available, and are open to learning from other veterinarians on the team.

At Wise Owl Animal Hospital, you will work in our general practice clinic providing high-quality care to our patients, educating clients, and performing surgeries.Our Doctors are supported by a team of Lead Nurses, Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Assistants. We have high nurses to doctor ratios creating a fast-paced, energetic, and friendly environment. Our equipment and facility are modern by any standard, including (but not limited to) digital radiography, a full in-house digital laboratory, and paperless, cloud based practice management software.

Due to the length and expense of travel, weprefer to contract request relief services for a minimum of 2 weeks, 4 - 6 weeks is ideal.

Qualifications:

Possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an accredited college or universityPossession of or ability to obtain current licenses to practice veterinary medicine in Guam:

Guam LicensureDEA LicenseControlled Substance Registration (CSR)Category II USDA AccreditationMaintain annual CE RequirementsSurgical skills, exotics, ultrasound and/or military experience a plus.
