A philanthropic endeavor that truly embodies our corporate mission. ⯠Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing, growing, and maintaining a strong presence within the assigned sales region.
Responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships fostering sales and growth in the region. Successful in meeting and exceeding assigned quota(s) and KPI’s. Salary range: $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience Commission: $40,000 annually, depending on performance Primary Responsibilities: Builds market position by growing existing business and locating, developing, defining, and closing new business relationships at scale to drive revenue growth.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners. Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of the new business relationship and Nice Access technologies. Interacting with multiple levels of the organization to ensure consistency.
Navigate and operate effectively in a matrix sales organization by driving Regional Sales Managers and providing training, prospecting and technical support. Represent company at trade shows to network with new frequently required to use hands to grip or feel; and occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.⯠Vision and depth perception suitable for use of utilizing a computer, printer, phone, and keyboard.⯠⯠Manual dexterity⯠suitable for use of utilizing a computer. ⯠Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes which permits the employee to work in an office setting.⯠Ability to walk and/or climb 5% of the time comfortably, with or without reasonable accommodation.⯠Ability to sit at a computer for 90% of the time comfortably, with+ or without reasonable accommodation.⯠Travel up to 70% of the time.
