How you are going to make an impact ? Market Development: Identify and develop business opportunities within the South Africa region to drive growth and market penetration. IB Acquisition: Leverage your extensive network to acquire and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) to increase client acquisition.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the SA market to achieve company objectives. Product Promotion: Promote our multi-asset trading products, internal trading terminal, and MT5 platform to potential clients and partners. Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and company policies.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on market trends, business development activities, and performance metrics to senior management. Team Leadership: Build and manage a local team as needed, fostering a high-performance culture. Discover your Fit ?
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, with a focus on cryptocurrency and CFDs. IB Network: Proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs). Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the South Africa financial markets and regulatory environment.
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Technology: Familiarity with trading platforms, especially MetaTrader 5 (MT5), and internal trading terminals.
