You’ll lead portfolio-level creative direction across many in-production courses while also being a hands-on creative force yourself. What You’ll Do Creative Direction familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, etc.) a strong plus Hands-on experience creating content with AI-generated media tools (Sora, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Pika, Adobe Firefly, or comparable platforms), with a portfolio to demonstrate it Nice to Have Background in eLearning, workplace training, HR tech, or adjacent SaaS industries Experience fine-tuning or prompt-engineering AI models for brand-consistent output Familiarity with accessibility standards in digital content (WCAG, Section 508) Experience building a creative function from an early or formative stage Interview Process The interview process takes about 3 weeks and may include cross-functional stakeholders.
