Senior Product Manager – Role Overview

A Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to define product direction and improve the insurance platform for small businesses. The role reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product roadmap and prioritize features based on company goals.
• Own key conversion metrics for the primary health insurance marketplace product.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements for engineering.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, client success, carrier, and customer experience teams.
• Explore, build, and own new product lines, including individual and large group health insurance.
• Mentor team members and adopt best practices.
• Develop deep understanding of small business customers and act as a market expert.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in product management or software engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management skills.
• Track record of delivering customer‑facing features from conception to launch.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in gathering and analyzing product data for insights.
• Experience working with design research and engineering to create consumer products.
• Adaptability to thrive in complex, changing environments.
• Experience in health insurance or health‑tech is a plus.
