The Opportunity Nood is a high-growth beauty-tech brand with a flagship IPL device business and an expanding roadmap of devices and skincare. We sell primarily DTC, with growing presence on Amazon, Target.com, TikTok Shop, and Walmart.com. As a leader in light-based technology for hair removal and anti-aging, Nood is expanding its line of devices and skincare with new innovative technology.
We’re hiring a Head of Digital to own the DTC growth engine: revenue, contribution margin, and the strategic levers that drive both. This is the most cross-functional role on the marketing team. You’ll set direction across paid acquisition, conversion, performance creative, and lifecycle - identifying where the leverage is and making sure the right outcomes get delivered.
You’ll manage a performance creative specialist, a paid media contractor, and key agency relationships (CRM, web/dev). Day-to-day ad execution lives with the contractor. Your job is to build the operating system that makes growth repeatable and own the results.
